I can help you heal your relationship with yourself, have healthier relationships with others, and help you change beliefs that are no longer serving you. You can learn to have love, kindness and respect for yourself.

After trauma, it can be difficult to feel like yourself, feel safe, have healthy relationships, and feel hopeful about the future.
I work with folks who are healing from relational trauma and PTSD such as childhood trauma, trauma from past relationships, and from toxic workplaces.
